mysql-MySQL查询中文乱码问题

mysql乱码
Navicat和JDBC中都是正常的（Windows），通过cmd（代码页utf8）进mysql，查询结果是第一张图左边；直接进mysql（代码页简体中文GBK）效果第一张图右边。命令查看mysql编码第二张图。
关于mysql乱码问题网上也看了几篇教程，但是都没啥用啊。
