字符串替换-mysql如何替换第一位字符串

在网上找了好多资料，都是解决替换字符串中出现的指定字符的方法。而没发现如何替换第n位字符串的方法。就比如下面那张图片，如何把arrchildid字段开头的3替换成2，而其它位置的3则不改变。希望大神们赐教赐教
