求写一个sql函数，控制一张表的status字段
当现实时间大于表中datatime字段中的时间则 修改status字段值为1
大概就是在创建一个活动时，数据库自己 按小时 执行函数，直到当满足条件时修改status字段值为1。
求思路或者大概写法，
