要表达出哪些单位有哪些职位哪些人 是不是在岗 岗位级别 信息要导入excel数据 分单位的
如果调出 那就有个标记调出了 还要标记调入到哪里 或者新人 要有新人进入 如果这个人消失了那要注销
还要做一个统计 统计每个单位有多少个领导 每个级别有多少人 可以看看哪个职位上缺不缺人
