php权限move uploaded filecentos 7文件上传
如题，在做文件上传，可是不管文件格式怎么样都上传不成功。求大神指教！

ps:系统是centos 7,服务器是apache，/var/www/html/fundamentals_of_compiling的权限是用root用户chmod 777 赋予的，其下的upload路径也是一样，实在研究不明白了，求帮助！
