php5-php用uploadify上传文件，超过120M就不行了，求懂的前辈指点！！

php.ini里的相关配置我都改成很大的数值了，上传小于120M的文件都没问题，大于120M就卡住，也不报错，_$_FILE ERROR 返回的数值是3，网上说是只有一部分文件被上传。_
tmp目录下的临时文件体积涨到120M就不动了。还有uploadify.js里我也把fileSizeLimit设置成0了_
环境是apache+php5.5
