It is reported that Tiantong Satellite is a self-developed satellite system operated by China Telecom and is currently only available to telecom users.
The Tiantong-1 satellite project was officially launched in 2011. At 0:22 on August 6, 2016, China successfully launched the Tiantong-101 satellite from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March 3B carrier rocket.
