Method 1: Take two points on the circle to make an arc

Use the [Circle Tool] to draw a circle. Use the [Point Tool] to select two points on the circle, namely point C and point D.

Hide circles and extra points. Select circle A and point B and select the [Show]-[Hide Object] command.

Method 2: Take three points that are not on the same straight line to make a circle

Construct any three points. Use the [Point Tool] to arbitrarily create three points that are not in a straight line, namely point A, point B, and point C.

Click point A, point B, and point C in sequence, and then select the [Construction]-[Arc passing through three points] command.

Tips: If the order of selecting points when constructing an arc is different, the constructed arc will be different.
