Two of the video memory chips, model numbers K4VAF325ZC-SC32 and K4VAF325ZC-SC28, have been officially launched on the Samsung Semiconductor official website.

K4VAF325ZC-SC32 has a capacity of 16Gb (2GB), 266 FBGA package, refresh rate of 16K/32 ms, frequency 4000MHz, etc. The effective rate is 32Gbps, and it is currently in the sample stage.
