The fifth generation EPYC series of Turin CPUs includes at least 20 models with Zen 5 (Nirvana) Zen 5C (Prometheus) hybrid design, with up to 160 cores and 320 Threads, the rest also include 144-core, 128-core, 96-core, 72-core, 64-core and other models, with TDP up to 500W.
According to the specification data supplemented by @momomo_us, this series of processors can be used with the current fourth-generation EPYC series processors SP5 (LGA 6096) slot compatible. This site noted that this series of processors will also support faster DDR5 6000 memory, with a maximum support of 4 TB of memory and 128 PCIe Gen5 lanes.
