BlackRock has filed a Form D for its Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is reported that BlackRock will cooperate with Securitize, a blockchain company that focuses on the tokenization of real assets, and plans to launch a tokenized private equity fund. According to the filing, outside investors need to invest at least $100,000 to participate in the fund.

According to Etherscan data, a token called the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) was born on the Ethereum blockchain two weeks ago. Its total amount is 100 tokens, and there is currently only one holder.
