Analysts believe that the Chinese manufacturer is likely to be BOE, and the two parties are expected to reach a transaction agreement within the first half of the year. If CSOT completes the acquisition, it may conflict with Skyworth's interests. It is reported that Skyworth is opposed to LGD selling assets to CSOT.

However, they have not yet made concrete plans or decisions on whether to sell these assets. LG Display seems to be seriously considering its future direction and maintaining a prudent attitude to ensure that the decisions it makes are in the company’s interest. industry insiders estimate that the new owner of the Guangzhou factory will not be officially determined until June.
