Microsoft has confirmed a bug involving two patches KB4467708 (Build 17763.134) and KB4464455 (Build 17763.107). This bug will cause the progress bar to become unavailable when Windows Media Player plays videos in specific formats.

Microsoft said it is working on a solution and will provide updates and fixes as soon as possible.
