First of all, I would like to say that I am quite unfamiliar with the Go language.

My program takes a CSV and reads each row as a [] string and adds them all to a slice. Another part of the program is supposed to add another entry to the slice containing the new information, but I don't know how to declare the new entry as type []string. If it tries to use a struct, code, the []Customer type is incompatible with the []string type. If I convert the []string slice to the []Customer type at the beginning, I lose the ability to use time.Parse on some parts of each entry. I cannot declare a new entry as type []string. Compound literalmissingtype. Add a type like this:

Note the second []string.

No need to repeat types. Use this code:
