According to news on February 1, market research agency PerfectRec collected more than 700,000 user reviews through Google, showing the satisfaction survey of Apple’s four iPhone 15 series mobile phones.
Overall, since Apple launched the iPhone 15 series in September last year, the satisfaction of the two Pro series has been on a downward trend; while the satisfaction of the two standard versions has increased. In September 2023, Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro satisfaction (five-star rating) was 73.5%, which dropped to 66.1% in January 2024; iPhone 15 Pro Max’s satisfaction also dropped from 77% dropped to 72.5%. In the past 30 days, the three most common complaints from Apple iPhone 15 Pro users are: Poor battery life. Compared to the 14 Pro and earlier models, the upgrades are disappointingly small.
