  3. In the "System Properties" window, click the "Environment Variables" button;
  4. In the "Environment Variables" window, find the "Path" variable in the "System Variables" list and double-click it;
  5. In the "Edit Environment Variables" window, click the "New" button;
  6. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the path to the Scripts directory and click the "OK" button;
  7. Click the "OK" button to close all windows.

After completing the above operations, we reopen a command line terminal and enter the following command to test:

pip --version

If the version number of pip can be displayed, it means we have successfully configured it environment variables.
