Creator and maintainer Jerry Bezencon officially announced the Linux Lite 6.4 distribution update today, which introduces many new functions/features, upgraded related components, and optimized performance.
Linux Lite 6.4 is based on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish), using the Linux Kernel The biggest highlight of the 5.15 LTS kernel is the introduction of Zstd (Zstandard) compression for native applications to improve decompression speed.
