Vue project deployment and online experience sharing

The Vue project is a front-end development framework based on JavaScript. It has the advantages of flexibility, efficiency, and easy maintenance, so it is very popular in the field of web development. After the development is completed, we need to deploy the Vue project to the server and go online. This article will share my experience and precautions during the deployment and launch of Vue projects.

1. Environment preparation
Before deploying the Vue project, we need to ensure that environments such as Node.js and Nginx have been deployed on the server. Node.js is the basis for running the Vue project, and Nginx is used to configure the reverse proxy and load balancing of the server. In addition, we also need to install Git for code version control.

2. Packaging the project
Before deployment, we need to use the commands provided by Vue-cli to package the project into a static file. Open the terminal, enter the project root directory, and execute the following command:

npm run build

This command will compile and package the project's source code to generate a dist directory, which contains all the static files of the project.

3. Configure Nginx
Next, we need to configure Nginx to implement reverse proxy and load balancing. Add the following content to the Nginx configuration file:

server {
    listen 80;
    server_name yourdomain.com;
    location / {
        root /path/to/your/project/dist;
        index index.html;
        try_files $uri $uri/ /index.html;
    }
}

In the above configuration, listen specifies the port number for Nginx to listen to, server_name specifies the domain name or IP address, and location is used to set the access path for static files. After completing the configuration, save and exit the configuration file.

4. Upload code
Next, we will upload the packaged project to the server through Git. First, create a directory on the server to store the project code. Then, enter the directory and execute the following command:

git init
git remote add origin [your git repository url]
git pull origin master

The above command will initialize the Git repository and pull the code from the remote repository to the local one.

5. Install dependencies
Before deploying the Vue project, we also need to install the project's dependencies. Enter the project directory and execute the following command:

npm install --production

This command will automatically install the project's production environment dependencies.

6. Start the project
After installing the dependencies, we can start the project through the following command:

npm run start

This command will start a Node.js service and listen to the specified port Number. Enter the server address in your browser and access the port to view the project.

7. Monitoring and logging
For the launch of the Vue project, we should always maintain monitoring and logging of the project. We can use tools such as PM2 to monitor the running status of the project and view the project's log information in real time. PM2 provides a series of commands to facilitate our management and monitoring of projects.

8. Backup and Disaster Recovery
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project, we should regularly back up the project and set up a disaster recovery plan. Backups can package and store the project's code and database regularly, while disaster recovery plans require quick restoration of services when a project fails.

9. Continuous Integration and Deployment
After completing the initial deployment, we can consider using continuous integration and deployment tools to achieve an automated deployment process. Commonly used tools include Jenkins and Travis CI, which can automatically build, test and deploy the code after it is submitted.

Summary:
Vue project deployment and launch is a multi-step, multi-faceted task that requires us to prepare the environment, package the project, configure the server, upload the code, install dependencies, start the project, monitor and log , backup and disaster recovery and other aspects should be comprehensively considered. Only by being rigorous and standardized in every aspect can the stable operation and reliability of the project be guaranteed. Through the experience sharing in this article, I hope to provide you with some reference and help in the Vue project deployment and launch process.

mPDF

mPDF is a PHP library that can generate PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML. The original author, Ian Back, wrote mPDF to output PDF files "on the fly" from his website and handle different languages. It is slower than original scripts like HTML2FPDF and produces larger files when using Unicode fonts, but supports CSS styles etc. and has a lot of enhancements. Supports almost all languages, including RTL (Arabic and Hebrew) and CJK (Chinese, Japanese and Korean). Supports nested block-level elements (such as P, DIV),

SecLists is the ultimate security tester's companion. It is a collection of various types of lists that are frequently used during security assessments, all in one place. SecLists helps make security testing more efficient and productive by conveniently providing all the lists a security tester might need. List types include usernames, passwords, URLs, fuzzing payloads, sensitive data patterns, web shells, and more. The tester can simply pull this repository onto a new test machine and he will have access to every type of list he needs.
