The software section focuses on product content such as adaptive drone operation management system (TBOS), remote control cockpit, and visual positioning system (VPS).

Meituan’s official introduction stated that the software and hardware team specially carried out wide-temperature transformation of the equipment, as well as adaptation settings for network and other conditions based on Dubai’s climate conditions and DWTC’s on-site crowd conditions. In order to better interact with the audience, the official also designed an English version of the ordering system for the display.

According to reports, the UAV is used in urban low-altitude distribution networks, with a maximum load capacity of 2.5kg, a maximum take-off weight of 9.5kg, a maximum delivery radius of 5km when fully loaded, and a maximum delivery distance of 10km when fully loaded.

In addition, the drone uses a hexacopter and adopts a foldable design compared to the previous generation. The folded size is reduced by 49%; in addition, Meituan’s fourth-generation drone reduces noise by 50%.
