Among them, domestic Tesla is far ahead with exports of 30,566 units, surpassing Chinese automaker BYD's new energy vehicle exports (28,039 units) and SAIC's new energy passenger vehicle exports (12,678 units)

The export volume of domestic Tesla has increased significantly year-on-year and month-on-month. According to historical data from the Passenger Car Association, domestic Tesla exported only 5,522 units in September last year, while 19,465 units were exported in August this year, showing a steady growth trend.

Previous data analysis shows that domestic Teslas tend to export in large quantities in the first half of each quarter, and mainly supply the domestic market in the second half. Therefore, export volumes are usually higher in the first two months and relatively lower in the last month. However, in the third quarter of this year, export volumes were unexpectedly high in the last month.

Taking July this year as an example, domestic Tesla exports were as high as 32,862 vehicles.
