Fusion control system uses force-controlled grinding process when carving raw eggs. By setting built-in parameters such as grinding pressure, operating speed, acceleration, and current, the process data is digitized. As a result, the EVO7L robot accurately and smoothly polished Xiao Wang's autograph on the surface of the raw egg.
No programming is required, which is another highlight of this device using the Fusion control system. By analyzing the signature and generating a robot engraving and polishing trajectory, the signature can be restored even on a curved eggshell.
