According to reports, the Azure AI text-to-speech function currently only supports female voices (Jenny Multilingual), and the voice is relatively monotonous compared with competitors. In order to provide more choices, Microsoft decided to launch a series of new voice options, including male voice (Ryan Multilingual), to meet customer needs for "an inclusive and diverse user experience." In addition, Microsoft also plans to add more sound options in the future

According to Microsoft, Azure AI currently provides 41 language services in three regions: Eastern United States, Western Europe and Southeast Asia.
