How does eMule connect to the server?

Method for eMule to connect to the server:

Step 1:

On the right side of the eMule server interface, click "Update server.met from URL" Enter "http://upd.emule-security.org/server.met" in the small box, then click "Update" to download the new server list

Step 2:

Solving the problem of being unable to connect to the kad network

1. The reason why you cannot connect to the network after changing the mod is because nodes.dat is out of date. You can add a popular file to download. After a while, eMule will automatically update it. Then close eMule and restart Just start it.

2. You can also download the nodes.datnodes.dat file from http://upd.emule-security.org/. You can update it manually from time to time. Enter the above address in the browser address bar and press return. The car will prompt to download.

First download the nodes.dat file; turn off emule, open the emule installation folder-CONFIG directory, copy it and replace it with the same file name; reopen emule.

Step 3:

Please click any button to directly add nodes.dat; or download nodes.dat through HTTP and put it into eMule's config directory; or add one of the three HTTP addresses below to the eMule software "Kad" Go to "Get node information from the following URL" in the panel (as shown in the picture below) and restart eMule to allow your eMule to automatically update the nodes.dat file.

Link address (you can use any one of the following nodes.dat update links, you don’t need to load them all):

 1. http://upd.emule-security.org/nodes .dat

 2. http://kademlia.ru/download/nodes.dat
