Live Captioning in Teams

To turn on Live Captioning in a Teams meeting, go to the meeting controls and select " More Options "> Enable live subtitles. To learn more, see Use live captions in Teams meetings.

Alt text

Make images accessible by adding alt text. Select and hold (or right-click on the image) > "View alt text". Additionally, see Everything you need to know to write effective alt text for more information on writing alt text.

Color Filters

See what's on your screen more easily by applying color filters. To add a filter, select Home > Settings> Accessibility Features> Color Filter and then select Filters that work best for you. For more information, see Use color filters in Windows.

Voice Typing

Use your voice instead of your keyboard to enter text on your computer. To start dictation, select the Windows logo key H and start speaking. To learn more, see Use voice typing to talk instead of typing on your PC.
