Windows 11 Insider Preview build 22616 fixes 'Show hidden icons' flyout in system tray

Microsoft released a new Windows 11 Insider build for Insiders on the Dev and Beta channels less than a week after 22610. Today, Windows Insiders on Windows 11 Pro will now require an MSA and Internet connection during Initial Device Setup (OOBE), which is only required when setting up for personal use.
