百度了一下，有不少网友遇到过这个问题
问题详情是这样的：
比如我们在桌面按了一下F5，刷新了一次，紧接着单击一个东西（或者按住鼠标，选中一个区域）
你会发现没有点击成功，过一会儿却可以了。
最开始我还以为我鼠标有问题，再后来又以为USB接口有问题。
最后发现是Windows 8/8.1下一个防误触的功能影响了
注意一下，我测试的鼠标是无线鼠标，USB接口是插的2.0
然后我试过，把接收器插到USB3.0接口上，问题就不复存在了
这也导致我为什么猜测是硬件故障。
好了，以下是解决方法

鼠标移至右上角，扫出超级菜单，选择“设置”，然后如图：
再选择左上方的“电脑和设备”（这是Windows 8.1下的界面，Win8可能存在差异）
默认的选项是“中等延迟”，我们关掉它，问题就解决了。
