1. 安装Jenkins时运行“java -jar jenkins.war” 命令，出现下列问题

只是因为8080端口已经有程序占用了，需要修改端口号。

解决方法是：

运行“java -jar jenkins.war --ajp13Port=-1 --httpPort=8089”命令。

8089是新的端口号，可以换成任何你想要的，但是不要和其他程序冲突哦。

OK啦。

2、安装jenkins服务，这样每次不用每次敲命令，开机自启动
（Jenkins->Manage Jenkins->Installing Jenkins as Windows service, 安装到你指定目录D:/jenkins）
关掉启动的窗口，试着启动安装的服务
控制面板->管理工具->服务, 可以看到jenkins, 右击启动
