1、错误描述
Error No. 2003
Can't connect to MySQL Server on 'localhost' (10061)
2、错误原因
打开任务管理器，关闭了mysqld-nt.exe
3、解决办法
mysqld-nt.exe是MySQL Daemon数据库服务相关程序，为其他应用程序提供读取、写入MySQL数据库服务接口；关闭它会导致无法连接MySQL数据库。
重启电脑，让这个接口重新启动
