How much does it cost to repair a new Studio Display with AppleCare+?
The new Studio Display isn't out yet, but if you're curious about repair costs—whether or not you add AppleCare to the display—Apple is now letting people know what those costs will be.
According to an Apple support page, the company has notified the cost of screen or external case and other damage as long as customers have AppleCare. As of now, Apple has not revealed how much it will cost to repair your screen if yours is out of warranty or without Care.
- Screen or outer case only (with AppleCare): $99
- Other damage (with AppleCare): $299
Interestingly, 1,599 The $5,000 Studio Display costs the same to repair as the $5,000 Pro Display XDR.
If you need your new Studio Display repaired, it will take up to five business days regardless of whether you take the display to an Apple Store.
