KB5014668 is now available for Windows 11 outside of the Windows Insider Program and comes with a number of improvements. This is an optional update and will not automatically download or install unless you click the "Download and Install" button. You can also download the offline installer for Windows 11 KB5014668.
The June 2022 optional update apparently includes features and improvements that will be rolled out to everyone as part of the July 2022 Patch Tuesday. In other words, if you choose to skip the update, you'll end up receiving all the new features and improvements on the next Patch Tuesday.
However, if you continue with the optional update, you will not receive the same set of fixes again in the next update. Instead, you only receive missing security fixes. The June 2022 optional Windows 11 update apparently comes with a new feature called Search Highlights.
The Search Highlights feature was recently released on Windows 10, and now it’s available on devices running Windows 11 21H2 or later. For those unfamiliar with Search Highlights, this new Windows 11 feature presents noteworthy and interesting moments from every day. This includes holidays, anniversaries, and other occasions.
These moments can be global or local, i.e. relevant to your region. In order to start using Search Highlights, you just need to click on the search icon on the taskbar. As you can see in the screenshot above, the Windows Search interface has been completely changed to highlight content in Bing.
Content may also be relevant to updates for your organization. This only happens if your device itself is linked to the organization. When a device is linked, Windows will be able to suggest people, files, and more.
It is worth noting that users will not get search highlights immediately after installing the patch. According to the company, it's being rolled out in phases and won't be coming to some people anytime soon.

You may know that when you are unable to download and install updates directly through Windows Update The offline installer is especially useful. If you prefer the manual installation method instead of Windows Update, you can go to the Microsoft Update Catalog and click the Download button next to a supported version.
It's worth noting that it's generally a good idea to avoid optional updates. In fact, optional updates are not available for enterprise machines. Optional updates allow administrators to test the next Patch Tuesday update. In the meantime, enthusiasts who can't wait for the safe release of Patch Tuesday updates can try the optional update.
Windows 11 Build 22000.778 apparently comes with a ton of bug fixes. For example, Microsoft fixed an issue that could prevent users from upgrading to Windows 11 (the original version).
