On Twitter for iOS and Mobile Web

1. Open the official Twitter app on your iPhone or iPad ( or go to twitter.com)
2. Tap your profile picture- Or swipe from left to right
3. Swipe down and select Settings & Privacy, then click Your Account at the top
4. At the bottom, select Deactivate Your Account
5. Select Reactivation Period (30 days or 12 months)
6. Read the disclaimer and click Deactivate
7. Enter your password and follow the prompts to delete your account

On the web (desktop)

1. Click the three-dot icon in the left sidebar
2. Select Settings & Privacy, then At the top, select Your Account
3. At the bottom, select Deactivate Your Account
