For starters, this program allows small businesses to easily enroll new devices and configure, deploy and manage them from anywhere in the world. The service also comes with collections functionality, allowing IT staff to configure applications or settings for devices, groups, or individual users.
With Apple Business Essentials, IT managers can implement critical security settings such as Activation Lock to protect stolen or lost devices and FileVault for full-disk encryption on Macs. The user registration feature develops cryptographic separation for work data to ensure that when employees use personal devices at work, company data remains secure and employee data remains private. Apple Business Essentials also features a dedicated iCloud account for work, collaboration on files and documents, backup and secure storage.
