Windows 11 Dev Build 25120: Everything you need to know

In case you're waiting for a new Insider Preview Build of the latest operating system designed by Microsoft, know that the drought is over.
The Redmond tech giant released Build 25120 to the Dev Channel today. This is Sun Valley 3 for Windows Insiders and will eventually be a 2023 release.
Microsoft mentioned that unlike the previous version, this version is now available for ARM64 PC, and there is also an ISO that can be downloaded.
Changes and Improvements
[General]

Resolved an issue that caused some unreadable text to appear in the Performance page when contrasting themes were enabled.

Fixed an issue that could cause Windows Update to stop and roll back updates for WSA users.
When upgrading to the new version, some work was done to solve the stuck problem in the progress wheel animation.
