We are starting to roll out cumulative update build 25174.1010 (KB5017214). This update does not contain anything new and is intended to test the service pipeline we are building in the development channel.

As a result, all bug fixes and improvements announced in the earlier release, version 25174, will be carried over to the Dev Channel.

Interestingly, while no new changes were made in this build, test builds like the one previously served have been known to break certain features. For example, in previous Windows versions, specifically on Windows 10 Build 21292.1010, it caused issues with x64 emulation on ARM PCs.
