- Resolves a known issue that may cause issues with some .NET Framework 3.5 apps or prevent them from opening. The affected apps use certain optional components in the .NET Framework 3.5, such as Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow (WWF) components.
- Resolves a known issue that may cause the screen to flicker when starting the device in safe mode. Components that rely on explorer.exe, such as File Explorer, Start menu, and taskbar, may be affected and appear unstable.
