Ventoy 1.0.86 is the latest version of the open source tool that can create bootable media using disk image formats such as ISO or IMG. Ventoy supports placing multiple disk images on a single USB drive, making it an excellent choice for running different versions/installers of Windows or Linux from a single device.
The new Ventoy version further improves the installation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system. The main improvement in the new version is that two Windows 11-specific bypass options are enabled by default.
This feature was introduced in earlier versions of Ventoy, but the new default behavior greatly improves the user experience. Since it is enabled by default, it can be used immediately. Users who do not wish to apply these will need to override the default values using Ventoy's global control plugin.

Windows 11 users can now install the operating system on unsupported hardware, run upgrades, and bypass online account requirements.
Ventoy 1.0.86 includes several fixes and improvements. Of note is Ventoy2Disk.exe's support for command line mode and new menu languages.

Ventoy isn’t the only bootable media tool that can bypass Windows 11 requirements. There's also Rufus, which includes similar functionality.
Please note: Windows 11 installations on unsupported hardware work fine in most cases. Monthly cumulative updates install without issues because no hardware compatibility checks are performed. However, new feature update installations, such as Windows 11 version 22H2, do perform compatibility checks and require these bypasses again.
