Apple adds iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 2 to retro product list

The iPad Air 2 was announced during Apple's October 2014 "It's way too long" keynote. It was the first iPad to use Touch ID at the time. It features an A8X chip and, at launch, a new anti-reflective coating. The iPad Air 2 also uses the M8 motion tracking chip found in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

The iPad mini 2 is slightly older, launched in 2013 during Apple's "We still have a lot to cover" keynote. It runs on the A7 chip found in the iPhone 5S. It doesn’t support Touch ID like the iPad Air 2 does.
