Environment: windows sublime3

ctrl shift p Open the command panel

Then restart sublime and open the file in Chinese to display normally

After installing the ConvertToUTF8 plug-in, I found that the file was still garbled in Chinese when I opened it

Solution:

Select the menu

File >Save with Encoding >Western(Windows 1252)
