httpd cannot be started under centos system

Problem restoration:

Failed to start httpd under centos system, as follows:

[root@csit yang]# service httpd start
Starting httpd:                                            [FAILED]

Solution:

1. Enter the configuration File directory

[root@csit httpd]# cd /etc/httpd/conf.d/

2. Find the configuration options and know that they are in the nss.conf file

[root@csit conf.d]$ grep NSSEngine *
nss.conf:NSSEngine on

3. Comment NSSEngine

[root@csit conf.d]$ vi  nss.conf 
#   SSL Engine Switch:
#   Enable/Disable SSL for this virtual host.
#NSSEngine on

4. Restart

[root@csit httpd]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [  OK  ]
Starting httpd:                                              [  OK  ]
