1. Turn on the computer, press the Start key on the keyboard, and click the Run option.
#2. Fill in regedit in the pop-up input box and confirm to run.
3. Then click to open the .xls folder in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ .xlsx folder in Explorer\FileExts. The above two files need to be opened as shown in the figure.
#4. After opening, there are only two files left: OpenWithList and OpenWithProgids, and delete the others.
