to

upload_url:"'.APP_PATH.'index.php?m=attachment&c=attachments&a=swfupload&dosubmit=1",

still reports a 404 error, consider The script times out because the file is too large. After modifying the php.ini file and changing max_input_time and max_execution_time to infinite, the error still persists.

Open the IIS manager on the server and find the corresponding deployed website. Stop first.

Find "Request Filtering" in IIS and double-click to open it.
