Method 1. If the options are separated by spaces

(1) Press the [Ctrl H] key to open the "Find and Replace" dialog box, and position the mouse cursor in the "Find What" text box.

(2) Then click the [More]-[Special Characters] button and select the "Blank Area" command in the pop-up menu (that is, the search content is: ^w).

(3) Position the mouse cursor in the "Replace content" text box, click the [Special Characters] button, and select the "Tab character" command (that is, the replacement content is: ^t).

(2) Enter in the "Replace content" text box: ^t\1^t\2^t\3^t\4.

(3) Click the "More" button and check the "Wildcard" checkbox.

(4) Click the [Format] button and select "Tab Stop" in the pop-up menu command, open the "Replace Manufacturing Tab" dialog box, set the tab stop in the "Tab Stop Position" list box (set to 2 characters, 10 characters, 20 characters and 30 characters respectively), click the "OK" button to return "Find and Replace" dialog box.

(5) Click the "Replace All" button to automatically align the options of all multiple choice questions.
