codeigniter 3.0 修改翻页库pagination 支持ajax请求

扩展了翻页lib，当base_url为空值值调用ajax请求，herf里面填写的是javascript:void(0)。
cur_page参数传入原本无效，457增加！is_numeric($this->cur_page)判断支持该参数传入有效。
