phpcms v9 installation failed

Question:

I installed the official version of PHPCMS V9 today. After installing it into the database configuration, it always fails. The error code is:

MySQL Query :
MySQL Error :
MySQL Errno : 0
Message : Can not connect to MySQL server

Solution :

When installing PHPCMS V9, it is required to set the cache directory permissions to 777.

First you need to use FTP to select the caches directory, then right-click Properties, check: Apply to all subfolders and subfiles, and the permissions are 777.

After the settings are completed, install again and you will be able to pass.
