1) Open the vscode tool; (Recommended learning: vscode introductory tutorial)

2) Use Shortcut key combination [Ctrl Shift p], enter "configure display language" in the search box, click OK;

3) Modify the attribute "locale" under the locale.json file to "zh-CN";

4) Restart the vscode tool;

If the vscode menu etc. are still displayed in English after the restart, check the installed ones in the store Plug-in, reinstall the Chinese plug-in (as shown below), and then restart the tool.
