Install ConvertToUTF8
Environment: windows sublime3
● ctrl shift p to open the command panel
● In the command panel Enter install and press Enter to enter the installation panel
● Enter ConvertToUTF8 in the installation panel and press Enter to wait for the installation to be completed. After completion, a file will be automatically opened
● Then restart sublime to open the file in Chinese and it will display normally
After installing the ConvertToUTF8 plug-in, I opened the file and found that the Chinese characters were still garbled
Solution:
Select the menu File >Save with Encoding >Western( Windows 1252) Re-open the file and it will display normally
