How to import template database in wordpress:
First open the database management software phpmyadmin of your website (we have already introduced this in the previous chapter). Then, click to open your WordPress database (the database here is the database used when connecting to WordPress). For example, in the picture below, my local website uses a database named gao:
I click on gao, and then enter my database page, as shown below:
As shown above, click to select all, and then click Delete in the drop-down box, Delete all tables in the database. Why delete it? Because your template database may also have these tables, if you import them directly, the import will fail because there are tables with the same name. Therefore, we need to delete these tables first and then import them again.
After deleting, click the "Import" button in the above picture to enter the import page, as shown below:
In the above picture we can see There is a "maximum limit". I am local and can only upload files up to 2M. If it is a website space server, I can upload very large files. My website space can upload files up to 64M. Not much to say, we click the "Select File" button to upload the template database file. After clicking, a new window will pop up, as shown below:
Select your template database, select After that, you will return to the import page, pull the page down to the bottom, and click the "Execute" button in the lower left corner, as shown below:
