Solution:

As shown in the picture above, uninstall all drivers starting with "WAN"" in the network adapter of the device manager. Don’t worry about not being able to recover, just uninstall boldly. After uninstalling, select the first option in the list (DESKTOP-85COU5J), then right-click and select Scan for hardware changes (A). As shown in the figure below:
