Environment: centos7

Using composer An error was reported when installing dependencies. The following error description appeared:

file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
Failed to enable crypto
failed to open stream: operation failed

is a certificate. There are some problems.

Try to fix:

yum update -y

After all softwareis updated, restart the machine and try composer again to install dependencies, it succeeds
