Shell script to quickly install php7

PHP7 was officially released from 2015 to December. The performance is much improved compared to version 5.6, so try to install php7 and configure
zend_extension=opcache.so
opcache.enable=1
opcache.enable_cli=1

in php.ini and the performance is indeed good Improved a lot.
